Pros
Great work environment, challenging work, good HR team, pro employee policies and practices which are better than industry standards. More often than not, we see evidences of a good work culture through empathy and compassion shown towards employees including ones who exit! It's the leaders who make a difference..

Delayed decision making, ambiguous India structure which should get resolved by 2020..
