Pros
(1) Good company for those individuals who are seeking for much more challenging opportunities. (2) Develops ability in understanding the changes happening in the process and need to act tactfully. (3) Good to learn in the organisation since it moulds the individuals attitude & personality. (4) Good support received from Onshore Team instead of lack of knowledge prevailed in the offshore team.Thanks to Onshore Team!!!
Cons
(1) Observed lacks in providing proper guidance (ambiguity) to the employee (individual) at Reporting level. (2) Encountered Many times ambiguity or lack of transparency of communication during dialogue went through the hierarchy of management.. (3) No motivation or appreciation received from the immediate reporting person, even after realization of capability of individual, which can eventually lead change in performance and delivering end results. (4) Most important ---- Needs proper handover of knowledge process, since I encountered the same during my beginning of career with the organisation but eventually settled with applying through hard efforts.
