      Pros

      Nice location, effort by company to have structured training be it technical or soft skills

      Cons

      UK driven. Thinking and working has to be in alignment to that of a whims of headquarter based decision maker even when task has no relation to UK process. Remember this is spread out geographically to 39 countries and not everytime headquarters would have understanding of local issues and cultures in each country.

      Pros

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
