Pros
A company with aggressive expansion plans. They have just established a network of offices in the USA and are looking to compete with the big three brokers, whilst maintaining their client first ethos.
Cons
The cost of the USA expansion is being borne by existing staff as JLT do not wish to pass on the cost to shareholders. Therefore staff pay and bonus is suffering. By wanting to compete with the big 3, JLT risk losing key staff and losing the very nature that has made them successful to date.
