Just another new teacher - Teacher of English As A Foreign Language International House Employee Review

Traveling to different classes at odd hours and working Monday to Saturday can be exhausting, and it doesn't leave you much time for a life outside school. New teachers aren't given much support. In theory there are mentors but they're too busy doing their own job. I prefer working at a smaller school with block hours, where senior staff and teachers work closely together.
