      Pros

      A good school with a great reputation. Observations and feedback. Some schools sponsor DELTA and pay for language lessons. Good support for teachers arriving from abroad (housing, bank accounts etc).

      Cons

      More preparation and paperwork than other schools. Pay not as high as some other schools.
