      Pros

      Hours are steady because of trucks coming in. Always a need for the full stockbteam to be at work. Fun team environment.

      Cons

      Pay is not the greatest unless you move into upper management. I was never a big fan of the "moustache only" look. Let us have beards!

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
