      Pros

      Easy to work with your schedule if you are a student. My CSMs are really easy to get a long with and know they have your back. Paid every week.

      Cons

      Odd work schedule, Weds thru Tues. No room to move to really move. Irritating raises even if you work really well at your position.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
