      Pros

      There weren't any pros. I guess you could consider being left alone for the most part a pro but they also never helped you when you needed them.

      Cons

      One manager was an alcoholic, one always was on break, and another was just an all around grouch. I was never properly trained, they messed up my paycheck with another person's, and then never scheduled me again. I won't even shop there anymore.

      Pros

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
