Pros
It is a good place to get some retail /or customer service exp. or someone in school their first job. but don't plan on a career there unless you had pervious retail Management exp. it does pay weekly and yearly raises .
Cons
I like my job it's just hard to move up to a full time position with benefits unless you are an Assistant Manager, or Manager and the Managers never quit also you have to almost have to be one of their buddies just to move to their department or a nice looking lady, And most of them are busy sucking up the Store Manager & his asst. Manager it's kind of like a next in line type deal , lol I guess its like this everywhere now days .
