Pros
As a regional grocery store it pays slightly better than Bi-Lo or Piggly Wiggly.
Cons
Poor to no communication from management to employees, no employee appreciation, poor benefits, has all the vagaries of working in a grocery store, especially the holiday season. You don't get paid sick days unless you've been out sick, with doctors notes, for seven (!) Days in a row.
