      Most of the employees are friendly Management can be friendly Regular customers are friendly and generally care for employees

      Cons

      Management is a mess Employee complaints are never taken seriously, doesn't matter if you've been a perfect employee for years, they don't listen. Sexual harassment is intentionally overlooked, girls are told that its their own fault for making men think its okay Raises are given to the people who nag the managers for them, not the people who are earning them Hard workers are expected to pick up the slack for others, while others face no repercussions

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
