      Pros

      Majority of co-workers and love seeing my regulars.

      Cons

      Hard to become full time and usually get screwed out of a better position by someone with less experience or lazy. If something goes wrong, managers don't seem to care at all and even make it obvious that they're trying to ignore your complaints, but refuse to ignore a customer.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
