Overworked, underpaid. You have managers that do not care. Very cliquish among employees and managers. Employees do want they want, no employees handbook to keep duties consistent. Store manager and managers so busy watching you while they do their dirt. Have leads that do not know how to lead. Managers leave when they want and expect employees to clean up their mess. Store manager is going through drama and takes it out on other employees. Store manager is married to another store manager and all of Ingles know their business. Store managers and managers are so unprofessional. Don't care about managing or leading, just want the check. Treat you as a slave. Customers can be rude.
