Pros
It all depends on what kind of store manager you have. If you work for a good manager, then you can expect to work with good people.
Cons
Typical retail stuff. You work holidays and weekends, sometimes you have disrespectful customers. The biggest con is one word: FAVORITISM. I've worked with several different store managers, and all but one had a handful of favorites (usually young women) that could do absolutely no wrong, while riding other employees for doing the same things as the favorites.
