Pros
I enjoy the responsibility of limited oversight, candid feedback from a very fair management team, opportunity for advancement, and interaction with customers who offer endless opportunities to make a good impression for the company. I always enjoy coming to work, and usually feel very gratified when I leave for the experiences and satisfaction I get from *wanting* to excel.
Cons
As with any job, it is very discouraging when other employees do not appreciate their job, or are less committed to the customers' experiences being positive. If management had the opportunity to better motivate people---and the authority to pay for more mature employees, there would be less disparity in work ethic. Youth and excellent physical condition are unspoken requirements to endure at least eight hours standing on concrete floors with a break of only thirty minutes to rest, eat, and handle personal obligations.
