Pros
My location is very flexible when it comes to scheduling. I'm a college student so my hrs of availability change every 3 months but the store manager is really good about altering the schedule to my needs. If you take the time to get to know your customers its not so bad. Most of our customers are regulars and they can tell you some really fun stories if you give them the chance ;)
Cons
I've been with Ingles for a little over 3 years now and there's a lot of changes that happened between the time I started and now. Management back then wasn't all that great but my coworkers were awesome. Now it seems the roles have reversed. Management is much better and more mature (they finally got some adults in CSM roles!) but my coworkers have regressed terribly.
