      Double pay on public holidays Great internal promotions and management takes note of the hardworkers Great store with fashion-forward items

      Long hours especially during sale season Small staff discount Money is very little which is expected since it's retail No other cons really mostly pros

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
