      Discount, hours becoming more flexible

      Cons

      Company is not interested in providing the management team with enough hours to run a store effectively. As a manager there is 0 support, you deal with angry customers because you don't have enough staff, and staff is leaving because of burnout and company does nothing to support.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
