      Flexible Hour Scheme Lovely people who work very hard, especially the sales associates.

      Cons

      High turnover of staff Management is inconsistent with their level of commitment and leadership. Some managers micromanage everything whilst some do not care at all.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
