Did not live up to their word. They hired everyone telling us about this great commission pay that they have and how people make more than their normal paycheck, etc etc. Well, come time for our new store to have all employees come out of the probation period, and they announce that the commission pay is ended company wide. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Hired on lies. they knew they were getting rid of it and they used it as a selling point during their recruitment. Training with them out of state? hope you dont have to because they DO NOT pay/reimburse for transportation ie rental, lyft, uber. They REQUIRE you take public transportation! What a joke. Their HR dept isnt looking out for you. they are watching you to protect the company. what a disgrace. Changed me from salary to hourly and went against my contract and tried to play it off. fyi ZARA/INDITEX, thats illegal .
