Pros
- High salary (in comparison with similar jobs) and payment on time - Excellent relationship between managers and staff - Promotions come immediately when you are willing to work hard - Nice environment
Cons
- Very competitive coworkers - Not stable working hours (they change every week and sometimes in the middle of the week) - Everyone is so stressed because everything must be done very quickly - Training takes really short period of time and is so quick, that employees make lots of mistakes when they work alone - The staff discount is very low (only 25%)
