Thank you for leaving us a review. We are happy to hear you are enjoying our working culture and work life balance, especially during these current times.
That said, we are disappointed to read the second half of your review. We hold our managers responsible for the team’s culture and success; we have processes in place to ensure our leadership has the experience, tools and resources to lead our teams effectively while maintaining a healthy, inclusive, and professional work environment.
When it comes to quotas and performance, we are constantly reviewing them to make sure they are realistic and achievable, and that teams and their managers are always held accountable for them.
