Cons
It really depends on what team you're on but I think sometimes we over-engineer things. I think it makes sense to build out a really strong architecture for certain things, but not so much for others and I feel like we lean towards over-engineering most of the time. There aren't any RSUs like you'd get at public companies so that part of your pay may be less than elsewhere.
