      Great people and good connections. A great work life balance and the benefits are pretty good. Open pto is great depending on your management.

      Poor direction. The values of the company has changed greatly. frequent lay offs make you nervous everytime the ceo sends out any communication. No room for growth or career change unless you want

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
