      Good benefits! Unlimited PTO Amazing office in Dublin: free food, great furniture, gym, snacks Nice people Great work-life balance! No micro-managing

      Cons

      no career progression has to be visible to get promoted do not celebrate success (especially for EMEA employees vs Americans) very US-oriented and salesy layoffs every year no more budget for off-sites or teams no direct strategy

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
