      Possibility to exchange timetables, dynamic work environment. Feelinig of responsability.

      Cons

      Rotating shifts, working very early in the morning or very late at night. Sometimes doing 2 hour shifts from 06:15-08:15. Lack of sufficient workers leading to worker saturation and overload.

      Pros

      Always have a new set of products to work at every store everyday and you get to do a lot of problem solving.

      Cons

      A lot of driving and stores changing displays on you when you have the product.
