      Pros

      Great pay, benefits good managers and many opportunities to grow and do great things. The sky is the limit as far as opportunity. Not micromanaged at all and multiple opportunities to help the customer. I can honestly say that employees come first at IPS.

      Cons

      Can get isolated on projects if not on a project with other IPS resources which can at times feel as though you're completely on your own.

      Pros

      The hours are good and if you just do your work they leave you alone.

      Cons

      Good 'ol boy system is ingrained in the upper management.
