Pros

Good benefits A lot of Pot lucks (yuck they aren’t for me but hey I have to list something) Leniency appears prevalent but it’s quite the opposite.

Cons

Terrible HR, no work life balance, lack of good management. No one trusts anyone but they smile in each others faces. It’s a small company looking towards huge growth but just because that’s where it’s heading doesn’t meant that’s where it’ll stay.
