-horrible company culture -French leadership just wants control and sees everyone as disposable -favoritism at its finest -so many internal issues that they will blame on everything other than their own lack of proactivity -reactive vs proactive -do as i say, not as i do type of management -zero room for growth -youll feel the judgement if you dont come in at 7am and leave at 9pm and have no life like the rest -so many other better companies with better benefits and management do not waste your time
