Cons
Hutchinson is the in process of change. The change process is very slow to say the least. They have a new CEO, new Plant manager, working on a new Plant controller. The production floor is staffed through a 3rd party company and there is a 30% turn-over rate. Plants have trouble making production on time which causes a lot of overtime. Supervisors and most management are not educated, and while they have experience, the plant ultimately suffers due to their lack of knowledge. The company has the mentality of "Well, that's how we have always done it." There is no thinking outside the box. There are no clear policies or procedures. If you like long hours and are uneducated, this might be the place for you.
