Pros
My coworkers are amazing and I've made a lot of friends there. My advice to any new hires would be to have a 6-9 month plan on how to move on from the store.
Cons
The whole building is quite negative and complaints about management are frequent. I definitely feel undervalued / under appreciated, just remember that you are a dime a dozen and the store manager does not care of you stay or go.
