Pros
Generally good entry staff, some of the staff that's been there longer will have your back.
Cons
Awful place to work, no proper training in departments, managers will work against you, god awful treatment of queer workers. You will get written up for nothing while other employees get away with everything. They'll also try to push you out if you've been there long enough, turnover rate, especially for plumbing and electrical is pretty insane.
