Pros

- Decent exercise by lifting heavy equipment and orders for customers on a daily basis. - Working outside during the summer was so much better than inside but, when it rained it could either be great or you just now had a longer day ahead of you. - The hours during the peak season of summer and spring are good for students and they can expect to depend on the staff between hours of 25-35 hours per week. - The benefits for part time maybe are useful to those who would need them or want extra benefits.

Cons

- The low seasons can be crippling to your pay when you are working for maybe 8-24 hours in a week. On average I worked maybe between 17-24 hours a week. Most of the time I was always in for 20 hours regardless of my availability for scheduling. - No tips and no incentives for lot associate to get any form of recognition for the hard work they do. Front end staff can either be your friends or your department manager can be the most disrespectful and not even recognize your efforts with the company. - As a lot associate, I felt that other staff at the front end abused or looked down upon lot associates as inferiors.
