Pros
Very active job, especiallyin the summer time. You meet people from all over the world. Starting pay is decent with a raise very 6 months for the first year and then yearly after. You'll get a multitude of good and bad experiences.
Cons
There is a huge lack of communication. No one is ever on the same page as one another. Yes things change but everyday it's the same thing being chabged. Employees get to do what they want when they want, so when it comes to having a good team you don't really have one. Your over worked and when you go out of your scope of work to help your team it goes unnoticed. They claim there is room for growth but feed you lies to make you do more but never promote you. When they need to hire more employees they don't. It's a disaster. Corporate should come check it out and do a few secret shops with out letting it be known. When they know your coming things run decent, but when they know they are off the radar it's a sliding slope of failure.
