Pros

Great benefits, with 2 weeks vacation starting off. Some good people to work with. Neat driving new cars around. Acceptable pay- salary for BM position is 36K annually, plus any bonus you may earn, along with company car/gas/insurance on vehicle. Nice feeling of being able to help people that are in a bad situation (without a vehicle).

Cons

Minimal support from upper management... a 'reservation' for a vehicle doesn't really mean that the customer will have that vehicle ready and waiting for them at the proper date/time. Hate letting people down when we arent able to meet the rez. Very stressful due to workload and the nature of the business (ex: vehicles rented for a weekend, dropped Sunday night, and then need to be cleaned/gassed/washed/prepped before opening for Monday morning's rush.) It just wont happen without the proper staffing for a location, which we almost never have. High turnover, too. This is a sales position, whether you are told that or not when hired. ALSO, the company frequently will cut all overtime out of the wages, meaning you get more time off, but you aren't making the money that you were likely told about when hired in. Make sure you can cut it at 10/hr, 40hrs a week, and then sell sell sell to get the bonuses and the overtime that is allowed.

Pros

Great place to work in tandem with other professionals in your trade, always had a feeling of "family" working alongside my peers. We come together when times are tough, this is very rewarding,

Cons

The current economic and geopolitical spectrum have been proving a challenge to this industry as a whole, thankfully we are a resilient outfit with the best people at the helm.

Pros

It is a decent place to work with a steady environment and meaningful day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it's not a bad company to be a part of if you are looking for stability and purpose in your tasks.

Cons

The internal culture is highly political, and professional advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. You frequently have to play corporate games and kiss up to management just to get ahead or be noticed.
