Pros
Great people to work with. Move up quick because of huge turnover. Get experience in managing people; learn how to manage a branch from the ground up. This includes managing: your fleet, managing customers, managing back office reports and more. You learn how to think fast on your feet. Great place to start your career, but they burn you out and after three to four years you are done.
Cons
Long hours, managers are expected to put in 60+ hours. No personal life. High stress environment. Deal with difficult customers and body shops. Lack of fleet. Upper management expects branch managers to cut hours to make up for Mark Frissora screw up. This hampers customer service because the branch manager have to run short staffed. The sales expectations have now become unreasonable and unattainable. To many conference with upper management that interfere with day-to-day business. The pressure is higher than it has ever been. Not sure where the company is going. Many BM’s in the company are feed up.
