Pros
Get to drive all different types of cars. You get to meet people from other companies who can give you a chance to get a better job.
Cons
Customers and Management treat you like you are stupid. Unrealistic expectations. Commision is a joke, if you sell 10,000 worth of upsells/insurance, you might get 50 bucks. Extremely long hours in the heat and the cold. Have to clean up after other people who are filthy i.e dirty diapers, used condoms, etc. Management does not care how good of a job you do keeping customers happy if you don't make them buy insurance. Never enough cars. Every Branch is understaffed which leaves employees very stressed out. Hardly ever get an actual lunch break.
