No organization Lack of communication High turnover No work/life balance Constantly in location by yourself anything can happen to you and no one would know At times your the only employee in location swamped with customers Not given the tools needed to ensure the job is done properly Unable to finish my long page of training Dealing with nasty insurance customers and the insurance companies Higher ups refuse to hire the help you need Working long hours 8-6 and sometimes with no lunch due to lack of employees and there are many times you are there longer Cleaning nasty vehicles in all weather without carport Doing the work of 5 people and your the only one Is very overwhelming for the bad pay (which truly is not worth the aggravation) Type of employment you would only get if you didn't have a family or going to school full time Completely not what you expect due to the workload overwhelming and exhausting you due to lack of employees, it truly is not what you expect That is why I am currently looking for work elsewhere because of the lack of employees, no work life balance, low pay for all the work I do
