Pros
Weekly pay, benefits, if you are patient or desparate enough to make it for a year, your vacation time adds up quickly.
Cons
The negative about Hertz is that it is still in business. From top to bottom this is a horribly run company. They give you goals and give you an incentive for attaining them, but they take it away and raise the goals once they are met. The policies constantly change and are never relayed among the employees. On a branch level, to succeed you must be a "yes man." Your sales goals, customer survey scores and overall performance do not matter. You get promoted by being an incompetent individual that agrees to anything your upper management will tell you to do.
