Cons
There is a reason they are at a 2.0 out of 5 stars (12/2024). This is the place nightmares are made of. Low pay, incredibly micro-managed, leadership is under as much pressure as junior associates, which results in a HORRIBLE work environment. Their business model revolved around targeting the elderly for healthcare. Oh, and don't get me started on the time they tried to start a P&C department. They took a health insurance call center rep WITH NO EXPERIENCE and told her to start a P&C department from scratch. Any guess how that ended? The department isn't around any longer. It just so happened that she had the same last name as the CEO. This place is the laughingstock of the insurance world.
