Pros
I learned a lot which has helped my career significantly Had the opportunity to manage millions a month in marketing budgets Loved my initial supervisor (who eventually left due to poor C Level management) Great salary
Cons
Leadership was far from transparent. Kept telling my team to spend marketing dollars and then out of nowhere, laid off nearly the entire company just before Christmas. The CEO clearly did not care about his employees what so ever. Also failed to pay all of the companies we were purchasing leads from the last few months (about $10 million). Selfish CEO all around.
