      Pros

      I loved this job at first inbound leads, and I was doing quite well with sales.

      Cons

      Shortly after being hired they changed from inbound to outbound calls. During the changes, management was very secretive, I guess they knew we would all be out of jobs soon. They closed my department a couple months later.

      nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
