Some Mangers are Unprofessional - Customer Service Representative Health IQ Employee Review

I detected something not right with the company. Some were great managers some were not. Some managers cursed a lot. Even if that is your personality it is not for the workplace. I do not see how the company allowed that. Plus the job description said Mon thru Fri. When hired we were told we had one mandatory weekend during AEP. I did not want any weekends. My question was " will we have to work every weekend? " My question was not answered. Vacation days that they insisted we let our managers know we needed were (by the way)not going to be honored. I knew at that point to leave. Glad I did because I heard everyone was laid off.
