      Pros

      Solid industry - i've been in it a long time and the company was on the right track.

      Cons

      Grew too fast, went from 200 EE to 1500 in months. Not enough Sales Managers. Managers had 45 plus direct reports which made it impossible to manage a team effectively.

      nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
