      Pros

      Remote work. Decent benefits. Decent base pay.

      Cons

      Extremely high employee, and management turnover. Everyone is constantly left in the dark. Everything is a big secret. Commission payouts are often incorrect and you need to fight to have them fixed. They ding you for compliance and you have to fight that as well. Poorly managed.
