      Lie to get you working for then Poor leads Promise the world in the recruiting call then pretend they have no idea what you are talking about in the compensation meeting.

      We are very transparent with our leads during the hiring process. We have a pre-onboarding session before every new hire class that explains leads, commission, company culture, etc. There is no lying. Thanks for your feedback.
