      Pros

      Some actually get paid their commission.

      Cons

      Bad leads but you can still make it. Biggest problem is the tiering. 10% of agents make 90% of money. These agents are elite but the variance is staggering. Sr. agents don't offer rookies mentorship and, instead, scoop all the cash. Can you blame them?

      Our department had a great leadership team, and the company, overall had great leadership.

      Unfortunately, the way things was structured was unsustainable.
