Pros
Care and need their employees so we are all treated as such. It is a well run company. Very talented individuals. Love the technology, the commitment to the customers, and they way they reward the healthy individuals. I would recommend it to anyone who has done Medicare before and wants a company that does things the right way.
Cons
Still working on polishing things. Still in need some refinement but overall is really well run.
