Pros

Management is great, very friendly people...they are not the issue!!! The overall company policies is the issue here.

Cons

1st Con>This company is extremely shady. They will convince you that you'll make alot of money and then the rug is pulled underneath you because they take 35 SALES per MONTH in aep away from you...35 SALES is alot of hard work to just be taken away. This company needs to stop being so damn greedy. 2nd con> Your intro sales pitch is too damn long. "Thank you for calling Health IQ home of the special rate insurance that rewards the health conscious "...You are selling insurance to OLD people..I'm talking about people that have serious health issues....talking about only rewarding those who are health conscious is extremely discriminatory and I'm not sure WHY you guys haven't figured that out yet. The script is LONG and confuses all your callers. Too many unnecessary b.s. we have to read. Just make it simple and straight to the point. Something SIMPLE like "Thanks for health iq, would you like to enroll in medicare advantage and get great benefits such as *inserts benefits*. We can help you enroll in a plan today" is SO much direct and to the point. Your script confuses the callers and causes people to hang up before I can even finish the script. It needs to be change, it is ridiculous. 3rd con-Your SDR agents suck (but I already know that you know this). It is so much easier for SDR agents to call, play the automatic phone OPTION recording and allow the customer to decide if they want to speak to an agent. Alot of the leads are trash because SDR agents will call ANYONE with a pulse even if they don't have medicare. Stick with the recording and you'll see the agent sales improve. 4th con-Nobody cares about your "growing pains". You want to improve? LISTEN to the agent's feedback. It's that simple. We are the ones taking the calls here. 5th con>Stop being lazy and get United healthcare to be contracted with the newer agents. 6th con>Enrollers....these people are truly replaceable. Harsh but true. A simple recording can read the terms and conditions to the client. Has anyone thought of this? Play a recording based on the carrier while the agent is on the phone with the customer. Not sure why this can't be done for the long terms and conditions paragraph. I understand the enroller are meant to save the agents time BUT the enrollers lose the sale most of the time so now we are back to square one with no sale at all and time wasted.
